Shipping

Can you deliver directly to an address?
Yes, we deliver to your door. For industrial products, delivery is typically made to the front of the building. We recommend having a pallet truck for moving items.
Can I choose a third-party transporter?
Yes, but please note we do not cover damages caused by third-party transportation.
Do I need a forklift?
A forklift may be necessary for heavy products like workbenches. If you don't have one, we suggest renting a forklift or we can help you find a transporter with a tailgate truck.
Can I pick up my order?
If you are picking up the order, using an open trailer is advisable. Contact customer service to confirm the size and weight of your products. If a third-party transport company is picking up the order, we are not responsible for any damage during transportation.
Warranty
What does this warranty cover?
This warranty covers defects in the material used to manufacture your product, defects in workmanship under normal use, and broken components under normal use.
Depending on the circumstance, replacement parts may be offered.
How long does the coverage last?
All Chery Industrial products come with a 1 year non-transferable warranty when purchased from us. The warranty period is determined by the date of your original purchase invoice. Some products come with extended warranty.
What isn't covered?
Damage that occurs during shipping is not covered. All products are subject to a 30-day period for checking for missing or defective parts. If a claim is made after 30 days from the date of purchase, the buyer will be responsible for the costs of shipping and replacement parts. The warranty does not extend to products that have been subjected to abuse, accidents, alterations, modifications, tampering, vandalism, negligence, misuse, abrasive contact, or lack of reasonable care, or if they have been affixed to any attachment not provided with the product. Additionally, damage caused by failure to follow the user manual, faulty installation or operation, natural wear on parts designed to wear out (such as chisels and blades), use in environments the product is not designed for, natural disasters, or theft and loss, is not covered.
How do I start a warranty claim?

- Bill of sale or other proof(s) of purchase to validate warranty service
- Buyer's information: name, phone number, address.
- Product serial number (found stamped on a sticker on the product).
- Where the product was purchased (including purchase number if applicable).
