1. General Warranty Coverage
We’ve got you covered. All of our products come with a 1-Year Warranty (excluding batteries), ensuring your purchase is protected. If you ever need assistance or replacement parts, our dedicated customer service team is always ready to help.

2. How to Initiate a Warranty Claim
Before sending any product back for service, you must contact our support team to initiate the process. Please include your Invoice Number and relevant photos of the issue.

3. Shipment & Inspection Procedure

• Shipping Method: If a product requires inspection for a quality defect, the customer must ship it to our service center via mail or sea freight.
• Initial Shipping Costs: Shipping costs for sending the item to our facility are the responsibility of the customer.
• Inspection Timeline: Upon receipt of the product, we will complete a comprehensive inspection within 3 business days and inform you of the next steps.

4. Warranty Resolutions
Based on the inspection results, the following resolutions apply:

• Confirmed Quality Defects:If the inspection confirms a defect requiring parts or a replacement, we will dispatch the items on the 4th business day.
• Shipping Cost: Chery Industrial Canada will cover the shipping costs for sending the replacement or parts to you.
• Loaner Unit: We can provide a temporary loaner unit of the same model upon request. Note: Shipping costs for this loaner are the customer's responsibility.
• Improper Use (During Warranty Period):If the inspection reveals that repairs are needed due to improper use, the repair costs (parts and labor) will be covered by the warranty.Shipping Cost: However, all shipping costs associated with sending the unit in and returning it to you are the customer's responsibility.
• Out of Warranty:For any issues arising outside the warranty period, the customer is responsible for all costs, including repairs, spare parts, and shipping fees.
