A 110 V power supply, a fresh-water supply (1/2" hot and cold inlets) and a drain: a 3" waste outlet to a sewer or septic/holding tank plus a 1" grey-water outlet. A water heater is not included. Have a qualified electrician and plumber make the connections.

Yes. The units have a steel frame with insulated EPS wall panels and are rated for 6 kN/m² (125 psf) snow. In freezing weather, heat the interior and insulate or heat-trace the supply and drain lines, or drain the unit when it is not in use.

Each unit has lifting eyes and forklift pockets and ships by flatbed or freight; you need a forklift or crane on site to set it on a level pad. Shipping is free across Canada. On concrete, fix the four corners with anchors and run wire rope from the anchors to the top corners. In-stock units normally ship within one week; out-of-stock and custom orders take about two to three months.

A ceramic toilet with tank, ceramic vanity sink with faucet and paper dispenser; shower models add shower fixtures and a curtain; two-stall models have separate doors. A handicap-accessible model with ramp is also available.

One year on the unit. Replacement faucets, tees, sealing rings, drain adapters, door locks and toilets are listed under Parts & Accessories. The original ceramic toilet can be reordered from the factory (about three months) or replaced locally with a rear-outlet toilet with a 7" rough-in.

Check the water-tank inlet plug and replace it if damaged, then check that the toilet drain pipe is tight. Contact us with photos if the leak continues.

The two-stall washroom has an ASCE 7-16 structural load assessment (wind 1.40 kN/m², snow 36 to 40.7 psf), the structures carry an EN 1090-1 technical documentation attestation, and the wiring components are UL 758 / CSA C22.2 No. 210 compliant.
