arrived badly damaged , customer service sent out replacement parts, they said a rplacement which is what i wanted would take too long. Now we have installed the drawers and one of them doesnt work reight its stiff. The track internally or frame is probably bent somehow. These damaged items should be replaced imediatly not patched,
