Customer Service was great. I had a few questions about the product / about delivery and every time I called they were very helpful over the phone and put me in contact with the right people to answer my questions.

arrived badly damaged

arrived badly damaged , customer service sent out replacement parts, they said a rplacement which is what i wanted would take too long. Now we have installed the drawers and one of them doesnt work reight its stiff. The track internally or frame is probably bent somehow. These damaged items should be replaced imediatly not patched,
