  • Wall Panels: 50mm XPS composite panel + 20mm metal embossed panel, six-brick-thick wall (model Br-04-011)
  • Ceiling Panels: 40mm color-coated steel sandwich panel + 20mm extruded polystyrene (XPS) board
  • Flooring: 15mm eco-friendly plywood + 20mm extruded polystyrene (XPS) board
  • Doors and Windows: Thermal break aluminum sliding windows (black)
  • Sanitary Facilities: Acrylic sliding partition (wet and dry separation); floor-drain toilet; no exhaust fan installed (electrical conduit reserved for future connection)
